As Chairman of the North and East Burial Ground Commission, I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of our Commission and Superintendant Enzly Ramsay to welcome you to our page of the Town of Bristol’s website.  There are many exciting projects that are currently in progress at North Burial Ground to benefit the families of Bristol for interment of their loved ones.

This past fall we opened The Cremation Garden at North Burial Ground surrounding Ralph Peters Pond, dedicated to our late past chairman of the commission.  Located in the historical section of North Burial Ground, this beautiful garden setting around our pond by Colt Drive provides a quality option for families requesting cremation interment. http://www.thecremationgarden.com/

We are also actively adding many types of new trees by our roads and rebuilding the wonderful New England stone walls that surround the burial ground.  Included in the plans are new flower gardens for the Hope Street area to add beauty and color with the help of our Bristol area garden clubs.  We are continually developing all of our property to serve our community throughout this century.
